Awareness class

There is a meditation and awareness class which is run on a Thursday evening
from 7.30 p.m.
All are welcome, it is £2 on entrance which is through lyceum door No 20/22 Charles Street.
Doors are open from 7p.m. for those who wish to attend to arrive and sign in. Doors will be closed promptly at 7.30p.m. as class begins.
 
From time to time we do run workshops on various matters .The topic, date and time will be posted on our 'Important Dates' or 'Special Events' page when they are available - but places will be limited and once booked there can be no refunds.
